Your preferences. your swing. Your performance.

POSTURE
Posture isn’t just about how you look—it's how you load, move, and generate power. At NaturalSwing Performance Center, we start by testing your Motor Preferences™ to find where your body is naturally built to perform. Some athletes generate strength from the ground up—what we call Terrestrial™ golfers. Others move with lightness and extension—we call them Aerial ™ golfers. Knowing which one you are is the first step to unlocking your most athletic swing and adjust your Posture based on your preferences.
-
BALANCE
Whether you're a Terrestrial™ or Aerial™ golfer, your balance tells the real story. We’re all built to fight gravity—but each of us does it in our own unique way. That’s why understanding where your body finds his Balance—forward or backward—is crucial. It shapes your posture, your swing, and your ability to adjust under pressure. Your brain already knows what feels right. Our job is to help you listen.
-
STABILITY
Are you left-side dominant or right-side dominant? Your lateral stability holds the answer. It reveals which leg—your extension leg—should anchor your swing. This insight transforms how you use foot pressure, how you load, and how effortlessly you transfer weight. It’s not just a detail—it’s a total swing game changer.
-
POWER
How do you use ground forces? Do you naturally generate more horizontal or vertical force? More push or more rebound? In our system, we call this the Pulley Model™ vs the Spring-Mass™ Model. Knowing your preference is key to unlocking your most efficient, natural source of power. Don’t guess—test it, feel it, and build your swing around it.
-
ROTATION
If you think hips and shoulders must separate for power, think again. The X-Factor isn’t the only path. Rotation is a preference—it’s about how your body naturally coordinates movement. Some golfers perform best with disassociation (hips and shoulders separating), while others are more efficient with association (hips and shoulders working together). Identifying your rotational preference not only boosts performance—it dramatically reduces your risk of lower back injuries. Smart swing, strong body.

Coordination
We all have natural preferences in how we organize our arms during the swing. And guess what—not everyone should be squeezing a ball between their forearms. Arm connection is a personal coordination pattern, not a one-size-fits-all drill. To feel synced with the club and move efficiently, you need to understand your unique arm structure. Assess. Don’t guess.
